Thanks for your interest in entering the Kariba International Tiger Fish Tournamnet (KITFT) 2023. You will need a number of things prior to completing this form:

Boat names, registration numbers and make.
Names, ID details, contact details, medical aid provider and membership number, next of kin name and contact details and NAUZ membership number (required for Zimbabwean residents only) for ALL team members.
Proof of payment of your entry fee. The cost per team is U$550. There is a further charge of US$50 per reserve. Payment can be made by RTGS at the rate of the day. Confirm this by messaging +263772407543 KITFT CABS Nostro Account number: 1128861615 Please put your Team Name as your Reference

A member of your team, usually the Captain, will be required to sign the Agreement section of this form on the behalf of all team members.

This is determined by your team members' country of residence. If you have 3 members resident in Zimbabwe and 1 resident in South Africa your team is Zimbabwean irrespective of nationality of the members.

NAUZ Affiliated Club(Required)

As a Zimbabwean team all your team members have to be fully paid up members of a Society or Club, which is affiliated to NAUZ.

Agreement

It is expressly understood that all registered participants and their companions, crew members and observers (the “Participants”) participate in the Kariba International Tiger Fish Tournament (the “Tournament”) at their own risk. The Participants hereby indemnify and agree to save harmless the Tournament, Kariba International Tiger Fish Tournament, and its respective officers, directors, employees, volunteers, agents, partners, members, and/or attorneys (collectively the “Tournament Indemnified Parties”) from and against any and all claims that arise from or in connection with any negligent act or omission of the Tournament Indemnified Parties. All persons connected directly or indirectly with the operation of the Kariba International Tiger Fish Tournament whether individual or corporation, shall have no liability whatsoever for any special, incidental, consequential, punitive, exemplary and/or any other damage including without limitation, any damages arising from libel, slander, loss, damage, negligence, harm, injury or death. The Tournament Committee reserves the right to refuse entry to any boat, team or person. Participants specifically agree and consent to the use of any photograph in which they appear, or audio recording, by the Tournament for any purpose whatsoever including, but not limited to, resale, advertising and promotional material without compensation or restriction of any kind. This Liability Release shall be binding upon the Participants and their respective heirs, personal representatives, successors and assigns. By registering in the Kariba International Tiger Fish Tournament and paying the entry fee, Participants acknowledge that they have read the rules and the Liability Release and are bound by same.

We further do solemnly declare that should we either as a Team or as individuals decide to travel beyond Starvation Island we do so at our own risk and further acknowledge that radio communications are limited in most cases to Lake Navigation. It is expressly understood that all registered participants are fully paid up members of a Society or Club, which is affiliated to NAUZ (not applicable for international teams). If any member is not a paid up member, his/her team will automatically be disqualified from the tournament and disciplinary actions taken.
